Thrall Car Manufacturing built 36 of these class XML-10 60 foot boxcars in June 1965 (23600-23635), all assigned to Fisher Body in Mansfield, Ohio. It was stenciled: "This Car Exceeds Plate C", and "EL RR Mansfield Ohio". The XML-10's were built with Keystone cushion underframes, Evans DF-1 bulkheads, and 10 foot sliding doors. It had an inside length of 60'8", and a capacity of 6349 cubic feet.
