This is the Guy* that came over to sop up all the water that spilled down two stories to the Basement Apartment after i left my Kitchen Sink Water on !!!

The Kookiest thing about this is that while i was sitting at my table, i had a line of sight view of the sink overflowing for about a half an hour !!!

i need to be institutionalized.
