Because we work long hours, we have trouble finding the time to go to the gym, play a sport, or exercise in other ways. Fewer than 25% of Americans meet minimum recommended goal of an hour of moderate to vigorous exercise a day.

 

Paul Michaels, a work from home father of three, was like many of us, a desk-sitter working 8-12 hours a day with an ever expanding waistline and plummeting wellness. He was desperate for ways to hack back his wellness without turning to ineffective supplements, unnecessary medications, and wacky diets.

What Paul discovered was the solution to regaining your health and wellness is really simple. The hard part is figuring out how to apply it to your life and sticking to it.
