I have heard about this 'special' licence plate from a friend weeks ago. Today I spotted it myself. It's not only a rude licence plate, also the driver drove very rude and aggressive, not to mention he was much too fast!

Normally this guy does not deserve to be uploaded but I think it should be a warning to the public to be aware off this car!
