I did not even get into the real horrors of the story yet - thankfully everything is fairly stable now though the Treo 650 shuts down randomly making me miss calls - I hear the 700 is worse. You would think that by now someone would have contacted me from Cingular, but nope. They have enough people to deal with as evidenced by the 247,000 results.
Anyhoo, I noticed a number of comments coming in on the post and thought it strange - perhaps a coordinated we realy realy really dislike Cingular smart mob - but no, it was the Google Rank - 3 months later. That is the power of Social Media - it is not just about being first to tell the story - it is always about telling a compelling story and create bigger influence over time. There was only 110 reads on the web site, but 11 comments - 10% of people were leaving comments. Very Very interesting
