cellphone + binoculars - buffalo - new glass

i held my cellphone camera up to one side of a pair of binoculars and effectively spied all over my city of Buffalo NY

 

this building used to be ornate concrete but full of hazardous asbestos - so they stripped it down to literally the girders and then covered it in glass
