L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon

A sadly out of focus picture of one of the best things I've ever eaten. This is a gently poached egg topped with handfull of absoultely fantastic morell mushrooms covered in a "mushroom soup" (for lack of a better term). The morells were superb, and when the egg was broken open with a spoon the yolk flowed out to make the sauce heavenly.
