169 Megapixels of Los Angeles
The full-size composite is over 40,000 pixels wide and over 600MB in size in TIFF format. The image stored by Flickr has been downsized to 30,000 pixels wide (the JPG file limit) and slightly compressed to satisfy the 20MB maximum file upload limit.
Shot from Griffith Observatory: 45 images stitched together to create a super high-resolution panoramic covering Los Angeles from East of Downtown all the way to Long Beach and the South Bay.
Highlights include: Dodger Stadium, the US Bank Tower, the Vincent Thomas Bridge and the Port of Los Angeles.
Since Flickr isn't the best platform to view wide panoramas (even decluttr can't save me), be sure to check this image out at Gigapan.org, where you can zoom and scroll to your heart's content!

Are you a Google Earth user?
Be sure to check out the super-duper full-resolution version in Google Earth! Open the KML file (what is KML?) linked below with Google Earth and you'll be instantly transported to where I shot the image. What are you waiting for?
