Aw sucks, Dragonfly larvae for breakfast again!

The lady of the lake with what looks like a Migrant Hawker larvae (guess work mainly here due to the size, but there are a lot of them at the lake too).

 

This looks particularly unappatising, but its all protein I suppose.
