BNSF 1929 leads the Pikes Peak Local out of Monument, CO as it continues its journey toward Colorado Springs.
The Joint Line had been seeing MoW work done recently, specifically on Main 1, and this particular day followed the same pattern. With the normal southbound Main 1 shut down, the Pikes Peak Local was brought south out of Littleton for a run down the normally-northbound Main 2. Not sure how many northbounds got hung up with the wrong-way running, but the PPL did pass a waiting NB that was on the siding here in Monument...
