BNSF 1933 leads a southbound Pikes Peak Local down the grade out of Palmer Lake, CO.
The Pikes Peak Local is the Joint Line's gem for power and this Cascade Green duo is no exception. As a kid growing up in the '80s, I had an N-scale BN SD40-2, a model in a paint scheme I never thought I'd get to see in person, so to get to see them in 2016 still plying the rails is a real treat!
