I'm not sure what these two characters costumes are. For me they're a cross between Andy Pandy and Banana Man? But if they were Andy Pandy's I'm sure one of them would be Louby Lou. And I don't think Banana Man ever wore a blue and white stipe suit but it could have been Banana Man in his pj's?
