Portraits from the Street - Flo and Iris
Walking through Jubilee Square, North Laine, I saw two girls sitting chatting with their backs to me. I noticed their faces reflected in the windows of the Jubilee Library and thought what a lovely photo it would make. As I walked towards them they turned their heads and smiled so I introduced myself, explained my street portrait project and asked if I could take a few shots. They smiled happily and were fine with me taking their photo. My original idea of photographing their backs and reflections went out of my head.
