Here is some crispy fried chicken and fries that I cooked in my stovetop deep fryer. It turned out really good!
I had stopped using it, in favour of an air fryer, but had something else that required oil frying. The fries definitely turn out better when cooked in oil.
A fine mesh screen helps to manage the oil splatter, making cleanup easier. The oil is still good so I'll be using it more. What else should I cook?
