Curry Chicken is a dish that I really like but I don't cook it very often. When I do, however, I prefer to use a Jamaican style curry powder which is a bit more yellow than other Caribbean styles. This dish was simple to prepare and turned out great!

 

Question: Is it Curry Chicken or Chicken Curry? What do you call it? Why? The debate rages on...
