I dropped in to Halenda's Meats recently and came across some stuffed pork loin cutlets on sale for only $2.50 each, an irresistible deal!

 

I had it with some mini potatoes, green beans, heirloom carrots, and a mushroom gravy. It all tasted pretty good but would have been even better if I hadn't overcooked the pork. Yikes! Stay tuned for stuffed pork loin 2.0...
