It's been a while since I've cooked Pork with Muknee and HamChoy. It's a traditional Hakka Chinese dish that I grew up with in Jamaica. If you're unfamiliar with this dish, it's definitely savoury, from the hamchoy (preserved mustard greens), soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Yummy!
