38/52 Colourful minimalism?

Can such a brightly coloured photo be minimalist? I hope so.

This is the viewing platform at the very top of Mont Ventoux in Provence. It's 1912 metres high and notorious with cyclists as the Tour De France often goes up it. It's also a well known challenge that amateur cyclists love to punish themselves with.
