"Normal" h-alpha image processing. Same source frames as the earlier file, only this time processed with 29 alignment points to show more detail. Notice the bright squiggles among the sunspots -- these are actively flaring and are the source of some of the radio interference that HAM radio operators are reporting today.

 

I applied a slight histogram stretch (both extremes) after processing, highlight surface detail.
