Saturn returns
Both photos were made in essentially the same way, almost exactly 5 months apart. In the meantime, Saturn swung behind the Sun (from our viewpoint) and emerged with significantly less tilt to the rings (again, from our viewpoint). They will be edge on to us in about two more years. These are not upside down ... North is up; we are looking at Saturn's southern hemisphere.
