Making Raw Milk Kefir
I got some kefir grains from the farm where I get my raw milk. I've been making kefir for the pets and for us to drink. I make it in the fridge instead of on the counter so I don't have to feed the grains quite as often. Such an amazing process, the whole living grains that multiply thing is quite interesting! I love that it's easier than yogurt.
