Stuffing

I didn't have any stale bread saved up (we like bread too much around here to let any go stale), so I made a few loaves for our Thanksgiving stuffing. We ended up with a mix of sourdough whole wheat, enriched wheat, and some rye sourdough. The bad part about using fresh bread is that you have to dry it out, seem weird to bake bread then slice it up and lay it out to dry.
