Description:
This machine is used for rinsing the polyester bottles and glass bottles, and it is suitable for the beverage factory, winery and sour sauce factory which need to rinse the bottle automatically before filling.
Main character: this machine adopts flexibility strength manipulator for grasping bottle, reversing bottle, controlling bottle, turning and reposition and so on to get to roboticized manufactory. Continuous tracking mode rinsing bottle, air blowing bottle, twice rinsing and once air make high efficiency and good effect. It can match with the filling machine and capping machine.
Production Process: transportation or screw stem send the bottle into the astrolabe with sending one by one then send into the manipulator, and the manipulator stretch out and draw back automatically for grasping the bottle mouth, and turn 180 degree with headstand, and rinse the outer and inner bottle with pure water, and then rotate into the blowing place blowing the air into the bottle and blowing the extra water out. And then return 180 degree to restore the bottle into the dividing bottle astrolabe and divide the bottle one by one.
