The 2016 Chesapeake Executive Council Meeting is held at Blandy Experimental Farm in Boyce, Va., on Oct. 4, 2016. It was announced that Pennsylvania will get $28 million in the next year to combat agricultural pollution, with $12.7 million coming from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, $4 million from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and $11.8 coming mostly from shifts within the Pennsylvania budget.
