Gaze - Red-wattled Lapwing

This lapwing was captured some time ago at the Thalangama Wetlands, which is an urban wetland situated in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

 

I visited the location several weeks on a daily basis and this guy got used to me after several days and came so close giving me this perfect portrait opportunity.
