My trusted light meter, the Sekonic L-358. For the background I was inspired this shot by dCap Foto. Processed in Lightroom 2.3 and Photoshop CS3.

 

Shot in natural light, backlit with a white reflector in front.

 

Edit (March 6, 2009): I replaced the picture with a different edit where I made the plastic body look more like brushed metal and I also made the screen look brighter.
