Change Challenge: Tacopocalypse Edition

On April 16, five brave competitors gathered at Tacopocalypse to take on "The Hot Mess Express," a large, spicy plate of food invented by Sam Auen, the owner of Tacopocalypse.

Only one emerged victorious, and in record time, no less. The record was 11 minutes, but Phil James finished this brutal meal in only 6:02.
