First Problem With First Media

My internet connection was down on Friday night, the first time. I had to resort to dial up, oh, so oldskool.

 

I called First Media the next morning, but their customer service doesn't even know anything about internet. She can help if its a billing problem.... *halah*

 

Sunday afternoon, the repair crew from First Media arrives. All they did was call their switch board or something and in 10 minutes, it works again... Shit, I could've done that.
