staff token for Soviet electric staff instrument by D.S. Trager

Soviet variant of the electric staff instrument by Webb and Thompson - electric staff instrument (аппарат электрожезловый) designed by Russian/Soviet engineer D.S. Trager in 1921 with later modifications was widely used after 1924 by Soviet railways including Leningrad - Finland distance of October railway. The instrument on photo made in 1959 y was used in Sosnovo-Peteyarvy single-line distance.
