"Darting Warbler"

Dartmoor National Park Devon.

"Ramblings"

An early start for my trip up to Dartmoor arriving a little before sunrise with a big difference from my last visit, enjoying a frosty start, clear skies and not a breath of wind.

This little area of woodland was very busy with a good variety of birds, but the most vocal being the Chiffchaff and Willow Warbler.

With the trees only just starting bud, I found spotting the activerty up among the branches fairly easy.

This little fella was singing his little heart out and frequently darting out from his perch to grab the insects on the wing.
