Flinton Field Day, circa 1955
L-R: Joe Beaudrie, Ken Matacheskie, Garry Ferguson
Garry writes in his Facebook post:
'Feeling good at the Flinton High School Field Day that included high schools from Tamworth, Flinton and (us) Denbigh. They met each year to compete in a variety of track and field events.
Left to right: Joe Beaudrie who won the Broad Jump, Ken Matacheskie, who won the Shot Put and Garry Ferguson (me) who won the Mile Race. No gold medals, just a pat on the head - but we felt good anyway, Flinton, Ontario, circa 1955'.
Part of the Garry Ferguson Album
