Fig jelly

Today I've got a box of different jelly sweets that are made with traditional french recepies from Alpes de Haute Provence.

 

This is a fig jelly, something that could be home made if you have access to fresh figs. I only found great fresh figs in Greece.

 

I love figs and jelly in general, but the combination of both is amazing.
