AP Computer Science Workshop, June 21-25, 2010
In a June 21-25, 2010 workshop, participants learned techniques for teaching AP Computer Science in Georgia High Schools. The workshop covered topics such as object-oriented concepts, one- and two- dimensional arrays, lists, recursion, searching and sorting, using a variety of activities to help teachers understand the concepts. One role-playing exercise called for teachers to "play" programming commands, physically walking through their operation and execution.
