Something unusual - DSC_0659

During the total/maximum phase of the eclipse the Moon looks redish and its brightness is dim, allowing to capture a few stars as well in the photo. Under ordinary circumstances, a good exposure of the Moon prevents other objects in the sky from appearing in the shot.

This image was taken during the lunar eclipse on January 20th, 2019.

 

Durante la fase total del eclipse la luna se torna rojiza y su brillo disminuye, de tal manera que se pueden capturar en la foto algunas estrellas. En condiciones normales, el exponer bien la luna evita que otros objetos celestiales salgan en la foto.
