Water Coolant Leak Under Parking Lot

CBC's infrared camera was able to find an underground water leak. A local business was complaining about high water bills, and coolant loss. CBC went back very early the next morning, and was able to find the leak, in an matter of minutes. Without cutting, drilling, or any other invasive means of detection.
