Air Leak Around a Ceiling Sprinkler

Thermal imaging for CBC requires our thermographers to travel extensively and stay in hotels far from home. Because he felt a constant draft, this thermographer took it in to his own hands to find the problem. A quick room sweep with CBC’s infrared camera revealed a void around this fire sprinkler, allowing cold air to infiltrate the ceiling and enter the room.
