Criminalize Violence. Period.
This is an illustration I made to express my anger over the use of the expression, "child molestation." Rape is NOT "molestation." Rape is BATTERY. Touching a child in any violent manner is NOT molestation. It is BATTERY. Touching a child in any inappropriate manner is BATTERY.
Hitting children is BATTERY. Raping children is BATTERY. And the POS who hit, rape, or touch any person inappropriately should be put away for life.
