Missing S

Sometimes they add a superfluous apostrophe, sometimes the apostrophe is missing when it should be there - but this is the first time that I've seen an instance of a supposedly correct apostrophe with a missing "s"! It's as if they think Sussex sounds like a plural (the plural of "Susseck"?) and so should be treated as such...
