dinner tonight

Inspired by a recipe in Real Simple and an excess of basil in my yard -

 

Homemade pesto mixed with mayonaisse

roasted turkey deli meat

sliced tomato

swiss cheese

arugula

 

Broil and eat with some fresh melon.

 

SO GOOD.
