Spinach Cheese Bake

I enjoyed this and have been eating the leftovers for lunch, but it's missing something.

 

I can't place my finger on "what." I did skip the nutmeg because I don't like nutmeg in anything other than pumpkin pie.

 

Perhaps if cheddar was more sharp? I can't decide. It was a quick, easy, light dinner though. (Also low points...3/serv)

 

I served it with this salad.
