Happy New Year
Wishing you all a happy new year! I've had a lovely Christmas holiday spending time with family and have not been out with the camera at all over the past two weeks! The break has been quite nice and the weather has been awful. I've been using free time to catch up with some jobs that have been needing done for a while, my tax return and updating my web site.
I wish you all the best for 2022... hopefully we will finally start to move toward the end of COVID but history tells us most pandemics hang around for 3-5 years so im prepared for a few more years of social distancing and mask wearing!
Photography wise my goal is just to keep shooting and learn to embrace and make the best of the conditions. I want to improve my PP skills by learning how to blend exposures better as I rarely do it and go for single shots mostly... and I want to try and enter the WEXMondays comp on Twitter... In terms of my shooting... I can rarely pick when I get free time to shoot so I just have to run with it... Hoping that just sometimes the light comes out to play and that is when the magic like this moment above happens... Here's to magic moments in 2022 for all of us! Best Wishes!
This is Loch En Eilein Castle in the Cairngorms National Park... 5 mins earlier it has been pouring down and I was about to give up! Then this happened!
