Alexandrites from Mark
Missing: All of the pieces shown here: These were all in the turquoise blue jewelry bag show, which had lots of little pockets. The earrings had been a bracelet with three such gems (the loose gem was one from the bracelet) which I had made into the earrings. One earring, as seen, needed repair. These were purchased in Cairo, Egypt, 1964. They are not the kind of gold we usually see used in the States, but they are gold. The two rings on the left were synthetic Alexandrites; the ring on the right is the same as the one in previous photo, "Alexandrite from Nana Lou."
