I’m not fat, I’m just fluffy!

This is Aura..and in spite of how very chubby she looks she only weighs about 7 pounds! He fur gives her the illusion of being much heavier!
I have no idea what kind of cat she is so we just say she is a very fluffy, pretty barn cat! She is half sister to Kohl....same mama but likely a different dad...i say likely because i do not understand genetics, but neither Kohl’s dad or mom are longhaired. There is a full “brother” too, to Kohl (who is equally annoying and vocal!!!) and he looks almost identical to the dad with a white chest on this same shade of gray...but he too is short haired like Kohl. There will be no more...as i finally caught Boo2 (aka mama) and had her spayed. Took for freakin’ ever to catch that wiley little beast....now she is getting used to us and will actually let us pet her!
I wish i knew what Aura was mixed with,,,maybe Maine Coon?? Her fur is SO incredibly soft, and rarely mats ANYWHERE on her whole body! We have only had to brush her a couple times after she got into the old section of the basement and went exploring in the cobwebs of the crawlspace under the oldest section of the house, and that was as a precaution and to get the cobwebs off of her!
Tonight she sat still for a shot as she waited for the chance at possibly wheedling another meal out of me as i was working on the computer. probably thinks i do not know she was already fed!! Loki has been sick and has been getting extra meals to help him gain back the weight he lost and she tries to get in on the goods!
