Yashica Atoron

Manufactured in 1965 by the Yashica Co. Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan. A subminiature camera using the 8x11mm “Minox” film cassette. It was Japan’s answer to the very successful Minox camera. It featured a 18mm fixed focus lens, built in sliding yellow filter and a selenium cell meter. The camera has a simple “pull tab” to cock the shutter and makes a spring driven, mechanical “whoosh” sound when fired.
