Spring Dreams

I'm still posting from the archives and I probably will be for a while... Here is a view from Steptoe Butte State Park in the Palouse region of western Washington state. I liked the framing with the wild pearhip rose or "wood's rose." I get a little starved for color in the landscape this time of year and this shot seemed to do the trick for me.
