From 2012 to 2014 Custom Coaches was owned by Alexander Dennis of the UK. In 2014 Custom Coaches was placed into administration and reformed into a new company, Custom Bus. In 2019 Custom Bus bought Denning Manufacturing and rebranded the combined company Custom Denning. Custom Denning plan to sell the Element in the UK.
