1975 Canon TX early-bird advertising
Canon's own national advertising on page 25 of this Popular Photography issue still shows the TLb for sale. But several of the fine-print advertisers in the back pages are already listing its (barely different) successor, the Canon TX.
Is it any wonder that a TEXAS retailer would want to offer a camera called "TX" as early as it could?
