Wine Tasting
Argentina Wines: (From Left to Right) Torrontes, Bonarda and Malbec.
(Foreward: All of the wines were amazing!)
Torrontes: From the aroma I was expecting a sweet fruity flavor, yet, it hit my palate with a nice subtle acidity. Pairs well with shellfish.
Bonarda: The tannins were very strong. Paired with beef or maybe pork with some fat to give some..... almost got a little too deep, I must remember my page is safe. Foodies, you know where I was going with that ;)
Malbec: The tannins weren't as strong as the Bonarda. I love the dark ruby-purple color and body with this wine.
