Even buses go off-road

This is 90-mile Beach, Cape Reinga, New Zealand. When you go on a bus trip to see the cape (being at the very tippy-top of New Zealand), on the return journey they run the bus back along 90-mile beach. It's quite an amazing experience.

If you travel straight out to sea, in a straight line west for 1,973.52 km (1,226.29 miles), you'll hit Sydney Australia.
