Pinhole - Aachen, Germany - Cathedral

Camera: RealitySoSubtle 6x6

Film: Kodak Ektar 100

Exposure Time: 1 Hour 15 Minutes

Location: Aachen, Germany

I've made many photographs of the inside of the Aachen cathedral but this is the first one using a pinhole camera.

Photographs are allowed within the cathedral if you pay 1 euro (and yes, there are people who make sure you pay). Unfortunately, they do not allow the use of tripods without a letter granting you specific permission.

Since I couldn't use my tripod, I placed my camera on the floor between my feet and opened the shutter.

On more than a few occasions during the exposure, someone would stand directly in front of me to take their own pictures. One person saw my camera and apologized but I assured him it wouldn't be a problem.

Being my first attempt at such a long indoor exposure I'm pretty pleased with the result.
